Do I have to fill out this form to receive credit for my referral?
Yes. In order for us to properly track your referral reward, you must fill out the form whenever you refer someone to us to qualify.
How is the referral reward paid?
Once the qualifying project is approved for installation, we will issue a check for $250 to the referrer at the address submitted in the form.
Will my past referrals qualify?
Unfortunately, referrals only qualify if they are referred before scheduling an appointment with us and are a first-time customers of Great Plains Windows.
Is there a project minimum?
Yes. To qualify for the referral rewards program, your referral must hire us for a minimum project cost of $5,000 for their first project with Great Plains Windows. Repeat customers or past proposals do not qualify as referrals.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can send?
No. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send and you will receive up to $250 for every referral who hires us and meets all program requirements.
How can I track my referrals?
Once your referral’s project has been approved for installation, we will notify you that check is being issued.
Do insurance jobs qualify?
Insurance job do not qualify for this program due to the nature of storm damage and insurance claims processes.
